Billing rules
- Effective electricity rate = tenants' main bill amount ÷ main meter units.
- Tenant electricity = each tenant's sub-meter units × effective rate.
- Water motor electricity = motor units × the same effective rate.
- Water motor electricity and sewage cleaning are split equally across occupied apartments.
- Each apartment has its own separate gas bill; gas is not shared.
- Vacant apartments are excluded from shared-cost allocation.
- Previous outstanding balances carry forward to the next bill for the same apartment; payments reduce that apartment’s balance.
